Hiring Steps

• Offer is extended
• HR is notified of acceptance
• Candidate’s background check consent is initiated by HR
• Consent link is sent to candidate via email from Accurate (background check vendor)
• Candidate requested to give consent within 48 hours
• If candidate does not respond, a second consent form must be initiated
• Once the background check is complete and reviewed for compliance, Orientation date is confirmed
• Candidate is entered into the HR system with expected start date
• Employee access is provisioned to enterprise systems
